Tracey Burrows is an expert in the field of women’s health and has been a hard-working Yoga and wellness coach since 2014.Currently based in the Middle East, through her on line coaching program Tracey has been able to connect and work with women from all over the world.

Drawing on her many years of training and work experience as a holistic wellness practitioner, Tracey guides women back to great health using the principles of Yoga and Ayurveda so that they can live healthily and happily. Tracey has helped many clients return to optimal health through her totally unique signature system which integrates the ancient philosophies of Yoga and Ayurveda into modern life. Her goal is to educate, support and empower the women in her community, bringing them back to vibrant physical, emotional, and spiritual health.
